PCT was founded in 1990.Through our programs, students are able to fully experience, the Colombian and American cultures.

The program includes host schools and host families that receive the students, social service projects and great excursions.

Groups have ranged from 4 to 25 students and we have received elementary, middle and high school students since 2007.
